Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our elite clientele, including pilots, aircraft owners, and VIP passengers. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, coordinating services, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, crew members, and visitors professionally.
  • Handle reservations for aircraft parking, hangar space, and concierge services.
  • Coordinate ground transportation, catering, hotel accommodations, and other requests.
  • Process payments and invoices accurately.
  • Communicate with pilots, operations, and line service teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with administrative duties and data entry as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in aviation, hospitality, or a luxury service environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Line Service Technician

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Position Summary: As a Line Service Technician, you will play a critical role in aircraft ground operations, ensuring the highest levels of safety and service. You will assist with fueling, towing, parking, and other aircraft services, working closely with pilots and ground crews to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform aircraft fueling, towing, and parking operations safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily inspections of fueling equipment and vehicles.
  • Marshal aircraft and assist with ground support services, including baggage handling and lavatory services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of ramp, hangars, and service areas.
  • Assist with de-icing and other seasonal aircraft services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to pilots and passengers.
  • Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in aviation, ground handling, or fueling operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
